Will Pintar

Great news - we've promoted Will Pintar to become our new Operations Manager on a full-time basis!

Will originally joined us in May 2024 as a Health & Safety Co-ordinator, before picking up the role of Operations Manager last October on a three month trial period, which he has now passed with flying colours! 

Having spent more than 23 years in the British Army, where he was a member of the world-famous Queen's Guard and held positions including Sniper Platoon Commander and Colour Sergeant Instructor, Will is the perfect appointment for his new role. He will be responsible for the day-to-day running of the business and improving efficiency and output by motivating and inspiring people to achieve our common goals. 

Will has already set out to improve and implement several clear processes and embed robust management controls while also focusing on our organisational culture and mentoring and developing people at all levels to boost our capability.

Will said, "I'm thrilled to continue my post-military career with Edge Electrical and am looking forward to helping the team achieve its ambition by improving efficiencies and effectiveness and continuing to build on the professional culture that already exists here.”
